Chy Barnett has been in the Bruce/Irving family since the 1950s. As this Zennor house has passed through the generations we have slowly modernised it into the comfortable, up-to-date home it is today.

The house sleeps 7 people (+ 1 baby) across 4 bedrooms. Upstairs, in the master bedroom, there is a super king sized double bed with stunning views out to sea. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are found to the left and right of the master bedroom. Both rooms have two single beds and similarly impressive views. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and has one single bed. Bedroom 1 has views over the ancient, weather-beaten fields down toward the headland while bedroom 2 looks out over the hillside as it descends to the Atlantic.

 

Chy Barnett has two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is found upstairs and is fitted with a shower, bath, basin and loo. The wet room is found downstairs and is a fairly recent addition to the property. It has a powerful, wide headed shower, perfect for washing off after a bracing days swimming/ surfing.

The living space in Chy Barnett is made up of the kitchen, sitting room, dining room and a sun room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the amenities of a modern home. Both the sitting room and the dining room have stunning views over the sea. The sitting room is a great place to relax and is furnished with sofas, a television and an electric heater. The dining room has a more rustic feel with its wooden floor and log burning stove.

The large garden is fringed with wild flowers offering ample space for children to play while adults set out the garden chairs and soak up the vista.
