Directions
In terms of directions to Chy Barnett, please take the M5 from Bristol heading west until you get to the end of the motorway. Then take the A30 all the way to the turn off for St Ives.
After that you want to work your way through St Ives to the Lands End side.
Then take the B3306, which is the coast road from St Ives to Lands End (and has some fantastic views).
After a few miles you will see the small village of Zennor on your right.
Carry on for a couple of miles until you come to the Gurnards Head pub, which is a big ochre yellow building on the side of the road - you can't miss it.
Turn right immediately before the pub towards the sea. The road will take you into the hamlet of Gurnards Head/Treen.
After a few hundred yards it turns into a track. Take the track and take the first turning off it on the left, which will take you to Chy Barnett, a white house silhouetted against the sea. You want to go slowly on the track as it is unmade with the occasional pothole.
